An Into Your Body Extra: The Honesty Meditation Technique

This week ... relax, spoil yourself, and slip into something comfortable ... for some Me-Time practice!

This is the full guided meditation that was referenced in the previous episode. Set aside about 15 minutes for the main part of this meditation, which will first guide you into a relaxed state (via your body's primary meridian points) and then tapping into your "gut" intuition. 

Disclaimer: Do not listen to this while driving or operating heavy machinery. It is recommended to listen this meditation when you are safe and by yourself and cannot be disturbed, or at night before bedtime and cannot be disturbed.
